Technical details

Noticeable increase in mileage performance thanks to Flat Belt Concept:

The Flat Belt Concept is a belt contour that is designed flatter than conventional belts. This flatter contour of the belt allows

a larger contact area between tyre and road
less deflection of the rolling tyre when in use.
This causes the tyre to have a uniform wear pattern over the whole tread.

Your profit: Thanks to the exceptionally low and even tread wear, mileage performance is enhanced significantly.

5% less fuel consumption thanks to new rubber compound:

The use of new silica (rubber) compounds improves the rolling resistance of the tyre. Your profit:

This gives a 5% fuel saving compared with tyres featuring conventional compound technology.

6% improved braking in the wet thanks to new rubber compound:

New silica (rubber) compounds and optimised tyre tread shorten the stopping distances on wet roads by approximately 6%.

Your profit: Greater safety reserves thanks to shorter wet stopping distances.

High level of driving safety on wet roads thanks to optimised tyre tread:

Optimised tyre tread delays the onset of an aquaplaning situation. Your profit: More safety reserves on wet roads thanks to better aquaplaning performance of the tyre.

Supreme comfort:

Thanks to harmonised tread design with longitudinal and lateral grooves, the tyre generates less rolling noise. Your profit: More driving comfort thanks to reduced in-car noise.
