Design & Manufacture
From design to despatch, the Kahn design philosophy is based on the rule that only the best is good enough.
Many hundreds of hours go into the design details of each alloy wheel at the Kahn Design offices in northern England. Each design is put through a series of prototyping stages and computerised stress tests to ensure that the finished product will withstand the demands of real world motoring before it is shown to their customers and distributors as a final check that the new design will be another best seller.
Only when the design and technical teams are completely satisfied that the new alloy wheel achieves the necessary balance of form and function does production begin. All Kahn alloy wheels are cast, machined and painted in some of Europe's most advanced facilities deep in the heart of the Italian automotive region where they ensure that the highest quality materials are used to produce the finished item.
Every step of the production process is carefully monitored, the wheels being subjected to strict quality controls and testing to the world's toughest standards - (JWL, SEMA, TUV) to ensure that you, the customer, are getting a product that lives up to your expectations.
