13/04/2005: "Ex-manager of Topgear Basingstoke gets off lightly"


Ex-manager of Topgear Basingstoke, Mark Coyles has been lucky to escape a custodial sentance this week. Having being found guilty of theft from Topgear, Coyles received a £1000 fine, 60 hours community service and now has a criminal record.

The directors of Topgear now plan to follow the criminal case with a civil case to recover the money that was stolen.
